What you get
The listing describes an elastic stretch band shaped as a resistance rope. It is listed for yoga, Pilates, dance and general gym training. The title also mentions a pull rope and resistance belt.
Good for
- Home workouts on a budget
- Pilates and yoga practice
- Travel workouts in a hotel room
Know before you buy
- The title does not state the resistance level, so check the listing
- Check the elastic regularly for wear, as with most bands
- Check the length and handle type in the photos
- It ships from AliExpress, so delivery can take longer than you're used to. Check the delivery estimate and pick the right variant before checking out.
